Ordering from Soma WTF?

I seem to be having some trouble buying some stuff from Soma's webstore and was wondering what other people had experienced.

About 3 weeks ago I placed a order for a few items at Soma's webstore. After about a week I had not received my order or even a confirmation email. So after examining their website and seeing they don't have a customer service number or even an email address, I emailed their tech/info email address asking for help. I got a reply a day later stating that one of my items (a seatpost) was out of stock and would be delayed several weeks and did I want the available stuff now or what. I replied yes, ship what you have and that when the seatpost comes in, I will still want it. I got a reply saying thanks, will do. I wait another week and still nothing so I emailed again last thursday and have yet to get a reply. I will say my credit card hasn't been charged yet, but I have to ask is this normal for these guys?

Thanks, Steven.

best bet on soma stuff is to order it through www.thebikebiz.com, its a partner store and the components are cheaper.
