1 year old velocities for 250?

Tell me if I am wrong, but someone is trying to sell 1 year old velocity deep-v's with velocity hubs, and about 2,500 miles for $250, isn't this too much? I can build a new wheel set for about the same price right?

that's very steep. For machine built ones $200 for silver/black and $250 for colors sounds about right, new. More for hand-built.

For God's sake people; Velocity's. We aren't talking about multiple velocities.

And we aren't talking about a company name having ownership over something either, Mr. Possessive Noun.

My usage is correct. We are talking about a brand name so the apostrophe is appropriate.

"Velocity's" = "Velocity is" or "Velocity has."

for a sec. i thought you were right. subsequent google searches show me you're wrong.

apostrophes indicate possession and contraction, even with proper nouns.

it WOULD be acceptable (although still mildly debatable) to say "deep V's" instead of "deep Vs"
