Bullhorn question
Do all bar end brakes for bullhorns have internal cable routing? Or are there ones that go on the outside (under bar tape)? (no holes in the bullhorn for cable routing)

From what I've seen while shopping for bullhorns, most don't have internal routing holes drilled. Also, most of the bar end brake levers I looked at have the cable on the outside too.
In the end I purchased Nitto RB-021 bars and Tektro RX4.1 levers. Both use external cable routing.

depends, you can get bullhorn bars in both, but for the most part (being they are made for timetrials) they have have internal housing for aerodynamics.

This seems to be what your looking for. it's hard to see in the pic but they do have the holes in the side to put the cables through. Great bars too
