Anyone know an online shop other than ebay stores where I can get a white front machined DP18 and a white rear non machined DP18
No local stores sell DP18s
Just seeing if theres a site that sells cheaper than ebay

Where are you from?
My local store in San Jose, CA sells the all the colors of DP18s...
But to answer your question, you're not going to find them cheaper than Ebay unless used on CL.

So I just revived this thread as not to start yet another DP18 thread. Can you run fixed/fixed on the rear wheel or does the "free" side have wider threading to accomodate the freewheel and would thus throw off the chain line if you were to mount a fixed cog on the free side?

The DP18 is a rim. Your cog goes onto a hub. The threading is the same for fixed & free cogs but there's no smaller threading for a lock ring on the free side. Most won't recommend running a fixed on the free side without a lock ring unless your in the velodrome.
