ISO BB and larger chainring cheap

looking to go from 40/16 to 42/16 or 43/16 (maybe). im also looking for a new bb that will fit my centurion accordo. it would be nice to find a lighter one then the one that is currently on my ride. im not sure how to find the correct size of the bb...

any suggestions or offers?
