Frame suggestions

I have a Motiv track frame at the moment...I have not seen any of them anywhere else and although it's an amazing frame. Complete track geometry, rugged steel, etc. It's sort of old, kind of heavy, and I'm trying to decide what to do.
I think I could sell the frame for a decent amount of money because they are high demand in the messenger world.
But, I don't want to spend much more money if I do end up selling it, otherwise i'm going to have to wait.

For someone who rides around 30 miles a day and wants the best quality for the $ (but also cannot spend very much ) what track frame should I look at?
