Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Soma Everwear TPI

does anyone know what the TPI is on Soma Everwears? I've tried researching (which maybe I just suck at) and can't find anything.

It looks like the Panaracer Stradius Elite TG is similar to the Everwear, and Panaracer makes the Everwear for Soma. The Stradius Elite TG is listed as having 27 TPI (threads per inch).

only get a soma everwear if you are real into sliding, otherwise it's not a great tire. They have issues with the sidewall blowing out and are real heavy and don't offer the best puncture protection. But if you slide a lot i would highly recommend them since they last longer than any other tire.

but to answer your question not sure. I have 1 on my bike and 2 replacements hanging on my wall and they say near nothing helpful on them. Made in Japan, inflate to 100-150 psi, 700x23c (they also have 700x26), and some N06 followed by 5 circles each having a different number of dots in them lol.

And the website listed on the tire www.panaracer.com has no listed info on the everwear.
