Looking to get new brake pads and came by these

It doesn't look like the post mount is threaded, so how do those attach to your brake?

Nevermind, found a better deal on ones with a threaded post mount but does anyone know of a good way to get the brake marks off the machined part of the rim? Does goo gone work good?

If a degreaser doesn't work, try a solvent like mineral spirits - just on metal only, no tire
