Can you order the Affinity Pursuit Frame from Affinity directly? If so can you get it in a threaded fork? Akso do these frames come in only white and black matte finish now? Im asking because im looking into ordering it and am trying to get some specifics. Please let me know if you have dealt with them before
Thanks
Thanks

They do come in only black and white matte finish. I'm sure if you called them you could order direct. I had my fork threaded by them, and have seen a couple others that had theirs done too.

^f=ck you @sshole, ive been talkin to the guy jason at the shop about ordering it from the store for a while and i have been saving up for a month and a half to buy/build. none of my decision to build with this bike was impulsive or has anything to do with how "hip" the frame is or pursuit style bikes for that matter. cut your fork jackass

Nice build, Generate. Loving the straight quill stem with pursuit bars. Saddle ain't too high so I'm sure it fits you just fine.

These frames do look cool but they seem to more fashion than function. To get a comfortable riding position with these the seat needs to be jammed low and lots of spacers used under the stem kinda giving them a funny look. Price isn't terrible though.

Thanks! I'm 5'8" and the seat is as high as I can have it. It looks kinda low but it is perfect for me. Not sure what to say about the frame being fashionable or functional. All I know is that I liked the feel of it when I test rode it, and so far it's been a really comfortable, stiff and responsive ride.

dudes? so i ordered my frame on 02/13/09 payed in full and everything over the phone and my bike still hasn't showed up and i haven't gotten it. should i depute the payment and get it retracted/reimburse or wait a while longer. i sent them an e-mail at info@affinitycycles.com 2 days ago and they didnt get back to me yet, which makes the situation seem even sketchier because when i wanted to buy the bike the guy returned my email in like an hour or 2...
**** i hope i just didnt have $550 clams slip out of my back pocket,.

depending on what time you ordered it on friday, it's really only been about 5-6 business days... i'd say wait a while longer before you do anything. try to call them at the shop.

Just call them at the shop. They don't seem like "take the money and run" kinda people. I would assume they are shipping ground because its a big package. Coast to coast using ground shipping definitely isn't fast.

yeah wow...unrealistic expectations in customers is what makes running a business like this so difficult
WAIT...BE PATIENT...
if you can't take it, CALL THEM ON THE PHONE...don't expect them to answer an email
