Roller Malfunctions - Travel Trac
So I woke up to my roommate swearing in the hallway today and came out to find him playing with my rollers. Turns out one of the legs came unscrewed and he wasn't able to get it back in. I gave it a shot myself just now and see why he was frustrated.
When you hold the leg like so, the threaded party of the screw is out in the open and seemingly ready to be reinserted into the base of the rollers.
However, as you can see below, if you turn it upside down it simple falls loosely back into the leg of the roller. Brilliant.
The rubber foot of the leg REALLY doesn't want to come off, but I'm sure with some soapy water or an exact-o I can probably convince it. I just know a lot of people who post here have the cheap Travel Tracs and am hoping someone else has experienced this and figured out a good way of dealing with it. All advice appreciated.
EDIT/UPDATE
Ok so the rubber foot came off with a little work. Wish I had finished my morning cup of coffee before posting this.
All you need is 6mm hex to screw it back in and pop the rubber back on. EASY.

I've got those same rollers. Thanks for the tip in case this does happen.
