Bianchi D2 Pista Alu

I've done a bunch of searching and I can't figure out how to order this frame from the US. I know it's only for the international market but I've seen people with it in the states. Anyone have any idea on how to get one? Would a local dealer be able to order it?

I tried that and was basically told that it's impossible. US Dealers have no access to international products, which just seems weird.
