Just thought I'd share my positive experience with Pro Wheel Builder.
I ordered a custom set of wheels from their website after a long deliberation. They said it could be a while for them to be built up, something like 10 days. 2 days later, I got an e-mail saying my order had shipped. When I got them, I eagerly tore open the box only to find that they had been built with the wrong color spokes. I called them up, and they said that if they had the parts in stock, that they would build a new set and have them shipped. Unfortunately they were out of the rear hubs, so they sent me a shipping label to print out. I dropped them off last Friday at about 5:30pm, and they were back in my hands today.
Both times I opened the box, the wheels were well-packed and needed no truing. Everything looked very clean, with no scuffs or dings. When they made a mistake, as people sometimes do, they owned up to it right away and made everything right as fast as possible. I'd definitely buy from them again. Despite getting a color wrong, they sent me a good product that was packed well twice in a row.

cosign to the OP. . . I got a rear wheel from them last year and the wheel is true and packaging was awesome. It does take some time but they're up to date on the tracking info.

Do you guys find the weight measurements accurate? I'm talking in on the website when everything is tallied up, the numbers seem a little too low sometimes.

I really have no idea if the weight is accurate. I believe they use manufacturers specs, and a few grams difference doesn't really worry me. They seem like honest folk though.

Miche hubs, fixed/fixed, with 32h Velocity Fusion MSW laced radially up front, white 32h Deep V NMSW in back laced 3x, both wheels with 14g DT spokes. They're can be seen in that thread I put up about my silly aerobars.
