Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Who makes the most affordable SS frame?

I would like to spend <$200 for a frame, and am prefering a new one. Doesn't need to be painted as I know a cheap place to get it powder coated.

Thanks.

Or perhaps,

any sites that ship to Canada? I would love to order from bikeisland, but they don't seem to ship out of the lower 48.

I've ordered from Bikeisland - just send them a note re shipping to Canada. They charge you actual cost of shipping - usually via USPS. Just prepare to be raped at customs...

Chucksbikes IS canadian friendly. Ships USPS. You won't get raped for brokerage like you will with other internet vendors who only ship fedex/UPS. The quality of those tsunami frames, is highly questionable.
