Mine is built out of literal trash. I'm just proud of it because I almost succeeded at not spending any money whatsoever (I had to buy a chain, my spare parts bin failed me).
I need to work on the wheels a bit (slight wobble at speed) and maybe find a bigger front sprocket to make the gearing a little steeper. Basically, I just like the idea of a bike I don't need to bother locking while I look for a more worthy project.

The Madison has new tires on so I wanted to take a picture before they got dirty and I just finished building the Masi.

First post . Here's mine (first fixed gear) its new I've only done about 30ish miles on it, it's basically stock.
Anyone have suggestions what to add/replace?
so far I kind of want to wrap the bars, get a different seat cause this one is not very comfy, add a blinky, and I want some fenders if I can find some that fit.

MetalSlug: Both your bikes looks like the build have been well thought out, very nice. Your blue Madison blows away my buddies yellow one by miles

Thanks for all of the positive comments. You'll see a very blue bike on the previous page which my bike (d)evolved from.
I love the risers while playing in the Philly traffic but even with a 12cm stem, my reach is too short for longer rides. I did a 60 mile ride into Valley Forge park last weekend and I ended up with numb hands. I am ordering some Nitto Noodle bars as I am planning on a couple of fixed gear centuries in April. I expect my bike will look very different next month.
