27" colored tires
I can't seem to find any colored tires like Continental grand prix or Dia Compe Gran Compe tires for 27" wheels. Anyone know of a colored 27" tire or one with colored sidewalls? in particular I'm looking for Yellow.

Don't think anyone makes a decent 27" tire, or a colored one for that matter...

a word of advice: let go of 27". you will have an easier time finding quality stuff for 650 than you will 27", and even that is getting increasingly difficult.
think of it this way: for every 100 quality 700c parts, there are 10 quality 650c parts and 1 27" part (which won't come in colors).
when i first built a fixed gear conversion years back i was stuck on the idea of 27" stuff. i called everyone and looked at ever www shop, catalog, etc. the range of interesting 27" stuff was nill; the tires were never much better than mediocre, and the rims were roughly in the same ballpark. "decent" stuff is there, but there isn't much in the way of variety.
there was a rumor that velocity was going to try making colored rims in 27", but that quickly turned to vapor.

if by "yellow" you want "gumwall" then you are in luck otherwise, you are going to need to switch to 700c. 27's quit being made (for the most part) before colored tires started to take off, ergo, no colored 27 tires
