Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

How are these tires?

Seem to be the most common I can find on Ebay.

http://cgi.ebay.com/2-ALL-WHITE-FIXED-GEAR-TRACK-ROAD-BIKE-TIRES-700C-x-23C_W0QQitemZ260367706840QQcmdZViewItemQQptZCycling_Parts_Accessories?hash=item260367706840&_trksid= p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1205|66%3A2|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1318|301%3A1|293%3A1|294%3A50

Looking to pick up a pair of all white tires. Are these any good, can't find much on them besides CST, and not too many threads on here talking about them.
Thanks!

Worth the extra money to buy these: http://www.biketiresdirect.com/pvirp...ad_tire/pp.htm ?

Those CST tires are awesome. CST = Cheng Shin Tire, which is a MONSTER tire manufacturer.

They're half the price of the Vittoria's / DiaCompe Gran Compe SS's.

I've got those same white 700x23mm CST tires on my bike (see avatar), and I'm 300+lbs riding around L.A.'s none too immaculately maintained roads. They've held up well so far, and I'd definitely order them again.

(Obviously, you can spend more money and get a better tire. Will they be twice as good for twice as much money? Doubtful.)
