Sun "uno" - Does anyone have one?

I am looking at a used model of this bike that fits me, but can't find anyone that has one or any reviews online about the bike let alone pricing info. I have been to the company's website and it has great spec info, etc...but nothing that really gives me an idea on retail cost or what users actually think of the bike. Of course the manufacturer thinks it's great...

I have one... I effing LOVE the geometry. Really solid ride. Its not my A-list bike but i really do love riding it. Of course... I've since swapped B.B., crankset, rims, and headset... but I bought mine for like 600 new... I felt that was fair... if you search the forums (cayne/sun UNO) there have been a few posts about this bike... and as i recall... mostly positive. Good luck brova... I would highly recommend it.

My friend has one. He has two complaints: the stock front fork is really springy and the track fork ends don't have set screws to hold the rear axle in place.

Thanks for the input. Exactly what I was looking for.

I have it. I love it. Geometry is perfect.

Chainring, bottom bracket, headset all have to go.

Then swap in and out of the other parts till you get what you want.

I changed saddle, wheels CR,BB,Headset, and bought another pair of handle bars.
A year later all I do is swap the bars from time to time and regular maintenance. Great first bike and an even better beater.

you don't need those, just make sure the rear track nuts are nice and tight.

I've heard several complaints about the stock components....

just acquired one, pretty sweet!
Does anyone know who makes the frameset, is it double butted, the tubes seem beefier than normal cromo tubes and the welds are nice,
I have read mixed reviews on the frame and complete, I think it's awesome, I like the slack geometry and it rides very nice!
