Anyone ever had a frame anozided?

oops 'anozided' heh heh

I was thinking about anodizing my aluminum frame. I read that the process involves dipping the whole thing into a bath. Would I have to get the head tube reamed and the bottom bracket threads chased afterwards? Or is the coating not that thick? Does anodizing wear well? I suppose I could get it clearcoated as well. Any pics to show?

Also! Will the process remove any of the aluminum from the tubing? There isn't any to spare...

My S-Works Enduro is Anodised. It looks great, and seems to wear better then paint.
