Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

I found the little "Rotation -->" on the sidewall. You're right though, it doesn't matter at all. I'm pleased that you're happy with the 25mm 4 seasons, that's the same ones I just got also. I had 23mm Open Sport's on there and I'm glad I'm back on 25mm.

It's not. It's a 49cm if I'm not mistaken.

Snagged one new-ish (coghouse) on ebay for $75 a few years ago.

Actually, I really like that trainer so far. It holds track nuts really well and has a 10-position handlebar-mounted resistance selector, so riding fixed on a trainer isn't quite so boring.

Sweet. I almost thought you were going to say you put on a handle bar with 10 different positions.

Time Roc ATAC pedals, currently looking at buying a nice 25.4 mm pursuit handlebar. Only one I can find is the Fyxation Rodeo Pursuit, but it's impossible to get my hands on in the Netherlands. Those jackasses at retrogression () charge $28 for shipping the damn thing, and not a single Dutch seller carries it.

4 Michelin PR4sc tires, 4 tubes, 3 Dura-Ace chains, a new Ultegra 12-23 cassette, and a new big ring.

I hope to get 6 months out of the tires & chains.

Pure V Race saddle for the MTB. First stock component I've had to replace on it yet besides tires and chain... even the stock brake pads are still good (2005 Santa Cruz Superlight). I guess I don't ride it enough compared to the road bike... time to fix that.

If you're going to move over here to SD, that's not going to see much action once you do
