Just paid a friend 70,000 Korean Won (currently about $60.00 USD) for a new carbon fork to be delivered/installed in January. It's nice to have friends who work for the manufacturer. :D

I just bought MKS sylvan pedals (pink) and matching MKS toe clips in pink. They are in transit right now....hope to get them tomorrow. I will probably change to clipless pedals in the future but, have never used clipless so, I figure I better get used to riding a fixed gear first.

i prefer to ride with one set of handlebars at a time, and that handlebar needs to provide all the hand positions id like. with these handlebars sitting at home because they do not provide those uses, the cash would be more useful, and i should make a decent profit. for under twenty, you could easily find some take off road bars that will provide more utility.

CETMA cargo rack. Very excited about that purchase

i prefer it to be a full size display, but maybe it doesnt deserve the real estate when heart rate is available.

Just got a White Eighthinch crank arm set, 46t 170mm. I now have to flip over my bottom bracket because the chain line is crap. I'm putting this on my 80's Motobecane, so hopefully when I flip the BB it will be pretty good, otherwise I will be getting a new BB.

Well i supposed your right if someone has the same preference as you, i was mostly wondering if your comment was a shot at their quality.

adriano 01-02-10 06:54 PM

the quality is quite satisfactory, and they are very light compared to steel bars.

Scrodzilla 01-02-10 06:57 PM

I like to ride with no less than three sets of handlebars on any given day.

An Xtracycle for the Trek MTB ($500) and an OnGuard Beast chain/lock (on sale $54). Fits perfectly as a belt. Good times :)
