Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? Novatec SL's to A23's with lasers and alloy nips. 24/28, 2x front and back.

Should be stupid light. Comes to just under 1400g by way of advertised weights.

Do it, you have 3 minutes.

Some financial damage done for Chrome, MW, Oakley, Capo and LG.

I was going to pull the trigger on some Rapha.. gotta admit I like the clean look but the internet now is making me feel shame for the itchy trigger finger.

So today I bought erry thang. Bought everything I could from scrod for the caad10.

Wheelset, Thomson all around, FSA bars, and some lizard skins.

All that is left is group set, rubber, and some small parts.

What'd you get from Chrome and MW? Tempted to go for a Sanction even though a crazy discount didn't come around.

Best I could find was Ben's 20%, which brings it down to like $140 or something.

I spent a lot of $ this BF, but not nearly as much as I thought I would. My list is more misses than hits.

get the Yokozuna kit

I'm running Ultegra, just like the shifting better but I like the feel of SRAM's levers.

Biggly,
Trigger and Chrome shorts (thought 20% off is a solid deal).
I almost got the Orion but I waited so long, and they raised the price- I just gave up and got something else.
Noticed that Chrome started knocking off MW's jackets (or is it the other way around? don't know)...

This weekend didn't have crazy deals like I remember last year. I dropped a ton of coin at Citygrounds last year but just picked up a couple lights this year.

Of course, it's all I run on geared bikes.

I have nothing against shimano, I just really liked Force.

Sorry missed this-
MW Sanction would be great. I think at 179, you can't go wrong. I doubt it would go on sale.
I have a Vandal and used it tons. It's a great bag, espcially in weather.

If you're using it for 'office stuff' like computer/work/etc, take a look at TLevel too. Lots of compartments and details.
If you are concerned w/ weather at all, just skip to MW.

my black friday shopping was pretty uneventful. I bought an accessory pouch for my chrome bag, a few pair of their socks (I really love them), some chainring bolts, some washers and some dickies shorts and pants from karmaloop (lol).

sold a frameset though, so it was a good holiday weekend

Yeah, I went into CG and they had some decent bike deals, but nothing on the bags. No big, there's always going to be good deals somewhere down the road.

I think Chrome copied MW, but same thing in the end. I'd rather break the wallet out for Chrome's semi-overpriced stuff just because MW's clothing prices are insane. I want their shorts too, I like their knickers and the material they use.
