Spending way too much lately:
- Cassettes - Ultegra 6700 11-28 and Tiagra 4600 11-25 (for a indoor trainer/backup duty wheelset)
- Spin Doctor Wheel Truing Stand
- Spoke Wrenches (Spokey Red & Black)
- Shimano 105 5700 Black Hubset (32 hole F & R) - for planned first attempt at wheelbuilding
- Sapim Polyax Brass Nipples, 12mm both black and silver bulk packs
- Shimano HG 8 speed chain (for a older downtube shifter freewheel bike I have)
- CycleOps Bike Thong & Riser Block, new for $20 for both (from a going out of business sale of a small bike shop)
Getting ready for winter for indoor trainer season in the frosty regions of Hoth...I mean the midwest.

I'm going to bug you in about a month to see how they're holding up. I'm debating if I should sell the tubeless rims or not.

Sounds good. It doesn't mean much, but even in of the box they feel grippier than GP4KS's.
I think I'm gonna like them. Wish I could find them cheaper though.

It just occurred to me that the valve stem bolts finally have a good use.

i feel like they should be a more standardized nut instead of just a knurled thing to keep it tight, unless the air pressure helps keep the seal inside

The ultremos actually came on my EVO but they're not the tubeless ones (found that out the hard way...nontubeless make a loud bang when you pop the bead at about 110PSI). I only rode about 40 miles on them before throwing on the contis so I don't really have an opinion - will probably put them back on at some point.

The sooner you come to SD, the sooner I can get those wide profile rims I've always been wanting.

i'm in between the medium and large sizes, and the 155 felt exponentially better... go figure.
a note on the Antares VS... for me, it seemed like the relief channel seemed to give out after a while and i stopped feeling said relief due to it being foam/padding.
now to find a flat-ish 150+ saddle to throw on the vig... considering the selle turbo at the moment
