Thanks, all is well, just some bruises and scrapes.

Thanks, now to try and not use my front brake to keep them just black and gold. I really liked the archetypes laced to formulas, but out of the budget.

Yes sir! The rear hub is a fix/free instead of a fix/fix so the rear won't be as flip-able

Considering you usually run a brake (as reinforced by Japanese law) I don't see why you cant run flip flop fixed/ fixed even with a freewheel thread. Just get a bottom bracket lockring to secure the cog on the freewheel side.

It's not suicide when done right.

A set of 600 tricolor hubs laced to open sports in pristine condition just arrived at the office. Best $75 I've spent in a long time.

Nice, you can't go wrong with a solid wheelset for under $100. I scored a Fizik Kurve Chameleon off of CL for only $75. I rode an Antares for 10mo but never really loved it, so this a step up.

Thats true. I just don't feel 100% comfortable. Right now I'm running a suicide hub but the cog is red loctite'd, even though I can skid I still feel uneasy about it.

I've never felt uncomfortable with my suicide hub even though I'm running a 44/18 ratio with it.

Also today I put in an order for the new 2014 Felt AR5:

Yeah the AR5 is the base model of the AR so it comes with 105. I'm going to put my Sram red shifters and rival derailleurs on it along with my Archetype wheelset.

Why not just buy the better standalone frameset?

I would have to buy bars, crankset, direct mount brakes, and other odds and ends plus I can sell the 105 components and wheelset. The added cost wasn't worth the few extra grams and bit of extra stiffness.
