Trying to ID this frame!

Hey, Got this picture from wolfpack and I want to know more about what kind of frame this is. It isn't a clear picture but it was taken from wolfpack hustle webpage. I'm trying to ID the white frame. It appears to have a lugged fork but I can't see any lugs on the frame. Also, I thought maybe it was a Kilo TT but it's definitely not one, appears to be a much nicer frame. The geometry on it looks killer.

Thanks guys.

I'm starting to believe it may be a KHS? KHS have threadless stems though.

I looked at that myself, but the rush doesn't have them integrated. But then again, this photo isn't clear. I know Alien Frames have them integrated but I dont think the frame here is lugged.

Rush has wider tubing, not a rush. It looks like the fork has a reynolds sticker though.

It has some kind of sticker on the fork blade, but it doesn't look like a "Reynolds" sticker to me.
