was the movie good to those who did see it? Any comparison to MASH? I liked mash and bought it, but I don't want to buy this if it's filled with tricks and not much riding

The delay on the DVD release was mainly because of all the music tracks in the movie they had to get the rights for.
Also, the DVD edit is a bit different than the screening version. The second disc has something like 6+ hours of bonus footage. And I believe it, cause when I lived in SF, these guys filmed A LOT.

I second Gyeswho's question. Can anybody who has seen both give us a good comparison to MASH? I love that film and this looks similar but way more footage which would be cool but if a good portion of it is tricks ala Bootleg Sessions I will get bored. I know it sounds crazy to some but I like watching fast riding in traffic over bar spins and **** any day.

If you liked mash, you will absolutely enjoy it. If you found mash to be boring, then this will probably be boring too.

Dudes, this is one thing you probably shouldn't torrent. I mean, a pretty small group of people put this together, and it's a pretty sweet video (I watched the dvd-cut showing in SF a couple weeks ago).
There's plenty of riding, and some tricks here and there, and there's also some stuff that just blew my mind.
Sack up and buy it or don't, but don't rip these dudes off by downloading it.

now what I really want to know is what is up with the Blu-ray version? They filmed it in HD they are doing an HD showing but no word on a blu-ray release. I e-mailed Colby about it but I didn't get a straight response; he answered my question by basically just asking me where I heard that; which is funny because if you google bluray and Macaframa https://issuu.com/gobmagazine/docs/gobmagazine that is one of the results and on page 53 it looks like Colby says they are doing a blu-ray. I would pay 40 bucks for all of that footage in full HD.

i think blu-ray format is a bit more pricey to do, and from the looks of things those dudes are low on cash flow.
