Good Track Bike Tool(s)

I'm looking for a chainwhip and lockring tool mostly, so I don't have to go to the bike shop every time stuff goes loose. I found this on eBay:

https://cgi.ebay.com/TRACK-FIXED-GEAR...3%3A1|294%3A50

Is this a good deal, or should I look elsewhere?

yeah, get a decent whip if you plan on using it more than once or twice. usually those combo tools fold on stuck parts.

Buy the hozan lockring pliers and make your own chainwhip out of some old chain.

Making my own whip doesn't sound like a bad idea either.
