What to do with some deep vs
So I kinda just unintentionally bought a new wheelset https://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=140320189216
I threw out a lowball bid as I was thinking of building sort of a joke bike with crazy colors and stickers everywhere etc. As much fun as I think this might be I don't really have the funds or the time to do this right at the moment. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for turning the atrocious paint job on these wheels into something that might not look like a stoned sixteen year old's dream rims. If I do use them they would be going on a black IRO mark v which is already mostly blacked out.
Also, the hubs are labled as origin 8, I assume that they are basically rebranded formula hubs. Can anyone confirm or refute this thought?

I would think maybe spend $15 to put a cog and lockring on there. Maybe include a cheap pair of tubes and tires as well.
The wheelsets might be more appealing to a "beginner" if they're "plug and play" rather than "some assembly required".
