Specialized Fat Boy
Anybody here ride a Specialized Fat Boy? Felt cruisers? Phat cycles?
I'm just wondering what they ride like - comfortable? so-so? unrideable?

Fat Boy? that is a BMX bike. I had one years and years ago. i picked it up for $50. it was going to be a lake jump bike, but i ended up selling it for a nice profit. it was ok. felt a little odd when jumping it. never did get it to the lake.

in response to your question, I've ridden a few of those style and just don't quite understand, aside from stylistic machismo. they look alright, but aren't really all that good for much. there are so many other/better singlespeed cruisers out there.

Carbon bike sales must be low over at specialized if they have the time to design something so ridiculous! What's the point of a heavy-@ss bike like that with a single gear and tires as wide as a motorcycle, what's the purpose? Unless you're under 10 years old who do they think would want to ride a fake chopper? File this one next to the OSO bike under failed attempts.

when the hell did that happen?!? I used to race on a fatboy (bmx) back in the day. now i'm just confused. and a bit nauseous.
