Brake lever and caliper

Hey guys, i have decided to go with a front break. I have a Merc Killo TT frame, i am running deep v velocitiy rims, the bar that i am using is Nitto Bullhorn Bar, RB-021, 420mm x 26.0 Handlebar.

I am looking for a brake lever that would go at the end of the bar, I have seen them before on other bullhorn bars or triatholon bars...I think they are reverse levers?

I also need the Brake caliper

Do you guys have any recomendation. I am trying to spend less than 100, i need something thats goona work well. I'd prefer to find it in black.

I have been doing a search on the forum as well as online, I read different review. I wanted to see if you guys had any opinions

Thank you and have a great day for any help in advance

don't have experience with either but have seen that on a lot of bikes. your options are a lot for that price range. Check your LBS i would pay no more than $25 per caliper and $20-$30 for the levers.

Wait:

the Tektro R538 (if is the same as the ones on my rain bike) does not fit the mericer front with 700c deep V's because they are long reach (Brake Reach: 47 - 57) where for my mercier, im using Shimano Sora (Brake Reach: 39 - 49 and its similiar to shimano tiagra.. and the rest just differentiated by weight and price)

because i think front has reach of about... 40-45...

do this instead:

Tektro R530 (grr.. out of stock but you know, you can use google)

my bad on the brake reach part i ride an IRO Mark V and it was a pain in the arse to get a caliper with such a short distance cause almost all the pad was still below the machined part of the rim
