Everyone whip your epeens out. It's Friday. It's time to brag.

What is your top RPM when doing Goldsprints? Best average RPM?

Psst... the track forum is that way.

I can tell you what color my cranks are when i Goldsprint....(they're gold.)

I can also tell you that my welds look super cheap while I goldsprint.

PS... goldsprints are what you do to get away from the leprechauns, right?

Hah, I'll avoid being un-PC at this time.

I've always thought of Goldsprints as much a social thing as a track thing. A lot of people I know who have zero interest in the track and have been zero times still have done Goldsprints. Coz they are fun? I dunno.

EDIT: Oh yeah, include your ratio!

When I came home from the bars last night, I really had to piss and kinda ran to the bathroom. Is that a Goldsprint?

I don't know what my rpm's were, but my feet were moving pretty fast.

I don't know about rollers, but my computer says I've done 165 rpm on a downhill. 200 rpm is seriously fast.

Never ridden rollers before, but I'd estimate my top cadence achieved on flat ground as ~170 with 48x16. I was pretty much spun out at that speed so I doubt I could get it much higher even on rollers without the wind resistance holding me back.
