Conversion on a womens frame?
I have a old spare womens frame (meaning its top tube is at an angle rather than flat) lying around my garage and my girlframe would like a fixed gear bike. Its seems like the logical thing to do but since I cant say that I have ever seen a fixed gear without the horizontal top tube I just wanted to make sure no one knew of any reason why a frame like this would not make a good fixed gear conversion candidate.
Thanks in advance for any answers.

Its a step-through frame, not a women's frame. It's only purpose is to make it easier to mount (origonally intended for people wearing dresses but the design caught on for anyone who didn't want to get their leg all the way over the top tube). That they are still marked toward women is merely a sign of ingrained sexism in the industry.
Build it. It will be fine.
