Benefits of new BB?
Thinking about getting a new BB. What are the benefits?

Any decent BB+chainring+crank for around 100 bucks?

Unless your bottom bracket is worn or faulty, you will see minimal benefit from changing the BB, especially if you go cheap on the replacement.
