sleepy pee pee is no joke
1. get some shorts with a good chamois
2. get a comfy saddle selle anatomica, brooks, cardiff. Leather saddles are my favorite but if you prefer
Go to your nearest specialized dealer and have them fit you for a BG saddle proper saddle fit and proper cockpit adjustment can save you from ED in the future
the bottom line is you are resting on the soft tissues and not on you sit bones all of your weight is crushing a very small and weak group of blood vessels tendons and tissues which could cause irreversible damage and result in sterility and ED

If the seat is pointed too far nose down, you will slide forward onto the narrower part, and cause pain. If the seat is too far nose up, it will push into the sensative areas. There is a happy medium that you need to find. You just bought a seat, so move it around and pay attention to where you sit. Try to sit on the bones in your azz, not farther forward.

Yes, keep the sit bones on the wide part of the saddle.
What size bike do you have(top tube and seat tube measurements)? What is your pubic bone height? (shove a book up there, measure from top of book to floor while in socks.)
The sit bones section of the saddle should be level. For most saddles this means the nose of the saddle is also level but for most Brooks it means the nose is a bit up(at least for most people). If you have the nose pointing down, you'll need to keep yourself from sliding down and this just puts pressure on your hands, arms, neck and shoulders. Not good.
If the bike fits, try raising the stem a bit. Or getting a shorter one.
Is the saddle too far back?
I'm not familiar with the saddle you have. If it's one of those super gel cushion atrocities, get rid of it and buy something decent. The gel just lets your sit bones squish down and that brings pressure to bear where no man wants pressure. Saddle feels good for around the block but anything else it's just torture.
Good saddles are often stiff as leather.

I have actually had this happen to me for a good time at one point . I came down to adusting fit . More specifically seat height . It is amazing what dropping your seat will do for your condition .even dropping it 1/2 inch to a inch is around what it took to get rid of the numbness. (that is if you have it high enough in the first place)
also , im riding a 30 year old plus seat that i long since have wore the padding off of and has no cut out like the one that one mention you have ,yet it does happen to fit well on a "sit" bones . I ride 15 miles a day on weekdays and at least one 30 mile shot on my weekend.
hope you get it figured for yourself , numb nuts is weird and scary thing at first ,but will dissappear once one get you get fitted.
