Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

I think I'll have a turkey club sandwich (with bacon, of course) and some red potato salad for lunch.

Dude...relax. Just kidding around.

(It's been a long, long time since I lived with my mom and I've been happily married for nearly 4 years, fyi......)

Congrats on your new bike. Have fun and ride the living hell out of it when it arrives.

^ Troof.

My sandwich was super good, though. The bakery/deli near my printshop totally hooks it up right. Freshly baked whole-wheat bread and nice crispy bacon, just as I like it. The potato salad, however, was slightly bland. Could have used a dash of cumin and another sprinkle or two of paprika. Other than that small detail (which I must admit was based on my own personal taste), it was a very satisfying meal.

Just figured I'd give a follow up report because you good folks deserve it.

Oh...and for good measure, here's a nice close-up shot of one of my awesome cats. His name is Fickle.
