Yes. This. But be aware, the "drop" is like 1CM. I have them. The T2 Wings have a zero drop, the Cobras have a slight drop.

are those also called tri base bars? i was ogling a bontrager something or another in the lbs, but it had all the stirrups and antlers and ****e on it too.

i like them better than the standard bullhorns wich have no drop on the flat and no drop in the "horn".

i have some non-aero profile designs bullhorns that have a much deeper drop, probably about an inch and a half. honestly i think they're silly.

There are lots of tems for these types of bars TT bars, base bars, cow horns, bull horns, Time Trial Bars...

If you are trying to eBay them, you will get the most hits from Base Bars since that is what most tri-guys call them (and consiquently sell them as).

The Profile Designs Airwing does have a good drop (different than the Cobra and T2 Wing). The Syntace Stratos is offered in 20mm and 40mm drops.

OS drop bullhorns are rather difficult to locate, cobra being one of the most common (from the uncommon).

I had the T2 Wing on my previous bike which was sold to a friend. After I got a new frameset I found a guy in craigslist selling OS 42 "no-name flat-top bullhorns" for $20 bucks. After meeting him I purchased one, to my (very pleasant) surprise it also had about 1" drop. Baddest effin' bars I've ever rode.
I do have one regret though: should've bought 2 or 3 for the road.

Yeah, they're the Cobra Wings. They're also full carbon, and ~$400. You would have to be an idiot to run these on a street bike.
