Just take any old tire and rub some grease on it. You'll skid for days.

******bags aside...

Vittoria Randos are IMO one of the best tires for skidding.

WHY?

- They have many layers. You can tell where youre skidding through, unlike some tires, its hard to figure out where the wear is.
-Why waste $15 on a Vittoria Zaffiro, every month, when you can skid through a Rando for nearly 3 months, for $30?
- If youre gonna do nuts to stem skids or whip skids, theyll endure either or, without worrying about the sidewalls tearing. (Yes, I know theres a Super Everwear, but I still prefer the ride/wear of a Rando.)

You can go and buy cheap CST tires, and spend $10 everytime, which will be pretty often, because theyre not anywhere as durable as Randos.

Do you spend more time riding on your tires or skidding on your tires?

Some people's priorities are a bit ****ed up.

Get some silicon tire detailing spray, I the car one will do.

Then just coat the tread of your rear tire with it before you ride. You will skid like a mothafu-cka and it'll protect your tires from wear. If you are really serious, take the bottle with you and re-apply every 10 minutes.
