Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Off-road Steamroller

I was bored and felt like making my Steamroller able to ride on some local trails.

Anyone else do something like this?

Need another tire for this year.
Got a buddy's 44 & it ain't fitting.
Also in search of a 39t, so I don't have to walk as much.

I got mine from the small chainring on an old Tiagra double. Not the best possible solution but it works pretty well.
