yeah i'll be sure to report back how it rides. it's going to be my winter project. thinking of picking up a white Regal saddle and a nitto stem/nitto bullhorns soon. i have the sugino messenger cranks and mavic cxp-22's so i'll hold off on those upgrades til i can save enough for open pros and maybe sugino 75's?
if anyone has suggestions for a good bottom bracket, seat post (27.2), headset (threaded) , i'm open to suggestions!

don't need/want the parts that it comes with. i guess i could have parted it out? i'd rather just pay less and build up the frame (i will arguably spend more in building it up in the end, but I plan on using nicer parts).

Welp, I have some parts from my old ride that I'll switch over to this one, but I'll be getting the following parts new: Selle San Marco Regal saddle (white), Nitto Dynamic seatpost, Nitto Dynamic stem, Nitto RB-009 handlebars. I believe the frameset comes with a stock headset, not sure if I'll keep it. Still figuring out the bottom bracket situation. From my old ride, I'll be switching over my Sugino RD cranks w/ TA Specialties chain ring, Mavic CXP-22 rims w/formula hubs and Gatorskins.
Eventually I'd like to upgrade to a nicer wheelset and cranks. Ideally it would be Mavic Open Pro's and maybe Sugino 75's.
yepp.

those steel langsters look so nice in person, I saw one at the lbs the other day, the stock build is actually pretty nice looking.

Get a Nitto seat post to match the Nitto bars and stem.

^ is that a bear claw with the thumb cut off or a nice set of juicy ribs fresh off the barbie?
And op, what is wrong with the bb you are using now on the RD crankset? why do you need a new one?
Edit: I get it, lamb chops eh. Had to scroll back up and see the op's name and avitar.

I would love to switch to the 75's, but just don't have the cash at the moment. I'll throw down for the 75 cranks, chain ring and BB when the time is right.

Ahem, I beg to differ. Every shop I went to that could order it was charging no less than $440. I found no other websites selling the frameset except citygrounds. Shipping was free, so at $350 I'm totally happy.
Edit: And if you know of a better deal, enlighten me.

Have they shipped it yet? Because according to their website: "Separate charges apply to Overweight items like bicycles, bike carriers, trainers and workstands."
Just curious. I am sure I could just ask them. I thought I would as you first since I thought that was easier... but I guess not.
