Cell Track Bike
Hey my neighbor has this bike stock and I was wondering if anyone owns one or has every heard of them. Hes interested in selling and I was thinking of buying it off him for cheap for a friend as a bday present.
The components arent so good, its definitely not worth the list price IMO. And I dont know much about frames, apart from the decent chromo 4130 steel, how does it look? How much would you pay for one in good condition?

Well 4130, and chromo in general seems pretty standard on most decent steel frames across the board, merciers, iros, pistas etc. Steamrollers are made of 4130 and they rule. As oppose to hi ten hahaha, which is not so decent.
But in the end I think it matters a lot on the quality of manufacturing (which probably isnt too hot for this bike) and the intended purpose of the frame. Rating types of chromo steel isnt really fair, at least according to my LBS, they all just ride different. My question was more about the geometry/dropouts etc of the bike. Which I have no clue about haha.

for $600 new, this thing looks like junk. the same price will get you an Angus complete, or a Mark V Pro for $50 less.

More than twice the price of my Windsor, and approaching the price of my Wabi, which is probably 100x better. Someone is abusing their medical marijuana prescription.
