Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Ideas for polo disc graphics

I'm making some plastic polo wheel covers and I'm trying to think of anything that would be fun to put on there. I might do a glow in the dark pac man or something I really havent given it too much thought.

That being said I'm all about glow in the dark. I also like the idea of something that creates sometime of cool illusion or pattern when it spins but looks unassuming when still.

Give me some ideas.

If you check eBay for disc covers, you'll find tons of ideas.

it would be sweet if there was some gallery of circular spinning optical illusions, i would go with one of those purely for distraction factor.

pornography, reflective decals, trippy patterns (buzzsaw blade, tri-spoke, etc)., autographs from all your polo buddies and heroes, or maybe even cartoon characters.
I had a drawing of a stoned Dr. Zoidberg saying "goddam" on mine, which was promptly stolen.

for reference, check out the "polo bikes" section on hardcourt bike polo dot com.
