So... what's the messenger scene like in NY? or Boston even? is it easy to get a job as a messenger? how hard is it to learn the city streets? I'm just so sick of the closed nature of the messenger scene here in portland. No one with any knowledge or skills wants to have anything to do with people who aren't also messengers. Anyway, I'm considering moving... where should I go?

Oh come on!! What's wrong with you people. I may not love the bike scene in my city, but you all certainly should. Where's the folks repping for NYC and Boston and Philly and all the other places I've heard about here? Tell me what's great and what's not so great about cycling in your city.
