Saddle Angle Fix?
I've been trying to adjust the angle of the Brooks Swift I have installed on my current bike. I currently have the nose tilted slightly upward but I've noticed a little discomfort lately with this setup. I tilt the nose down and tighten the bolt but the nose goes back up to the way it was before. I've tried applying pressure on the nose of the saddle while tightening to no avail. What can I do to solve this problem? Here are pictures:

Sounds like the seat rail clamp is slipping?

Maybe I'm adjusting it wrong. I loosen it, then push the nose down to where i want it and hold it there while I tighten the bolt. I'm laughing at myself because I've tried it several times and can't figure out why it won't adjust. It's like it only has one angle available for use.

I have a Kalloy seatpost just like that. You have to loosen the bolt enough so that you can rotate the serrations to a different position before retightening the bolt. You need to push back so that will rotate, otherwise if you just push down it won't move.

Aha! Yeah, that worked. I was afraid to loosen it too much. I was wondering why the bottom part wouldn't move.

if your "lucky" like me, you will want the seat between two of the notches. stupid one bolt clamp...

Haha, I can see where it would become a problem. I really just didn't want to spend more money on a new seatpost if this one works fine. We'll see if the angle works better. I only adjusted it by one notch.
