I have a terrible confession. Before I knew anything about bikes, and rode sw8 fixays, I bought a tricolour crankset at a flea market, for $10. Spray painted it black, used it on my sweet ride.
Seeing your bike reminds me of this, and hurts my insides. She's so hot.

The 600 Tri C cranks are one of my favourites... Ultegra level quality and strength and pretty to boot with such clean lines.
The group also fits the bike which was made in that era and came to me with a mish mash of very nice parts... I kept the Superbe headset it came with but might swap that for a 600 headset if I find a nice one.

Now that I think about it, one of the deciding factors of choosing a tricolour 600 group for my baby mover was your glowing recommendation a while back. Just finished buying the rest of the group; like you, sans headset. I learned a buttload about 600 from all the googling/eBaying, and ended up with 6400 cranks, 6401 everything else, and the stem.
What's up with that inner chainring?

For adventures where the road is a little flatter my Cooper is the ultimate piece of speed weaponry... if you are into vintage hand built bicycles and old Campagnolo gear... it is a pound lighter than my Proctor.
The crank is a Sugino and the wheels and tyres are for the day to day... I have some high flange Record hubs laced to tubulars that I have to glue up for those special occasions and when I want to ride a sub 20 pound steel road bike.
I do not believe there has ever been a finer frame made than a Ron Cooper... this bike is perfect in every respect.

Wow, nice bikes, Sixty.
That Lotus is beautiful, too.
Here's my less beautiful recent build, '87 Ironman:

There is nothing wrong with Centurions and the Ironman is a much sought after bicycle... my daughter rides a Centurion Lemans which is also a beautiful bicycle albeit a tiny one as it is 45cm and rolls on 650c wheels. It has a mix of 600 Tri C and Exage Sport parts and is a sweet little bike with a spare set of 600 Tri C hubs laced to Mavic aero rims.

No doubt--I love mine so far. It's getting a nicer set of pedals and hopefully shorter, 170mm crank arms, but it's basically done. The paint has been touched up a lot though, so it's not quite as beautiful in the looks department as your bikes.

Been riding the crap out of this thing. Finally killed the bottom bracket from riding in the rain too much, good thing they're dirt cheap.
