Yes, it is a Trek Madone. I've had it for a couple months and do indeed love it very much. I do feel bad that I have not ridden it in about a month though. My T1 has been getting all of the action lately. No group rides or anything going on too much anymore. Just been cruising around the city joy riding around.

after 3300 miles in 2 months
teammates for riding cross country and so you can actually see the bike.
It has over 4000 miles on it since April and is holding up beautifully. The Brooks is like a temperpedic mattress along with the bar tape and the SRAM apex stuff is still sifting flawlessly. I really could not ask for more, well maybe a little less weight but whatever.

The workhorse. Front racks are rad.

sold the 'dessel to a very happy customer today.
i've never been so sad to sell something!
of course, I've never sold something for so much. he paid 55 less than asking price but i also changed out tires to some 20 dollar jawns with 100 miles of use instead of the 60 dollar jawns with 20 miles of use. so... yeah. happy. but sad to see her go.
in other news, i don't think i have a picture of my new rando bag or rack on the nishiki...

what gives is that that bike deserves 10 speed force, or 10 speed ultegra. not 9 speed ultegra/sora/sram mix that sucks ass and alex wheels that suck more ass.
plus, i'm a cat4. i felt ridiculous on that thing. it was too nice.
it was too cheaply spec'd with components that i had lying around
and most of all...
IT WAS TOO FREAKIN ORANGE!!!!
i have a green bike on its way.

yeah. **** shifting. **** losing 24 places to dropped chains. **** having a bike that costs more than two singlespeeds. it's gonna get muddy and heavy after the first lap anyway.

i have brooks honey bar tape coming in and also a silver seatpost instead of the black one thats on there now
i just find the brooks bag a tad too small to carry my mini tool/tire tool/spare tube and co2 altogether
oh yea, the pedals that are on there are not the permanent ones either, im going with crank bro egg beaters with the gold spring to match the nipples on the bike...i also just installed a set of those delta "non qr" skewers...IMHO looks 10x better than having those QR levers that was on there
btw: just in case you guys dont browse the other parts of this forum, i also posted this pic somewhere over here
