well here it is, only gave it a ride around the block to fine tune brakes and shifting...
planning on going on a 35 mile ride with the lady later this afternoon once it gets a little less hot out...
hopefully i did the frame justice
mostly Shimano 6400 tricolor 600 components, 7400 dura ace headset and front derailleur...
and Reynolds Assault carbon clinchers
cant wait to ride it later today!

Yup that's where I live. Moar ouch
Oh well.
Also, Ridgewood was actually part of Brooklyn until the late 70's.

the entire vibe of this bike is ****** in a cool grandpa sort of way. i dont why i said that or think that but what im trying to say is its awesome, but in a subdued muted-color functional-awesome kind of way. i like the turbo on this. is it brown? or just faded black.
Ok, so I don't feel as strongly as dmcdam, but I definitely vote for no decals.

Fresh Garbage
It is a 30 year old frame with some similarly old parts. I aint racing, dont want a racing frame.

Fresh Garbage
I agree. I recently ordered some heavy duty Tubus seat stay clamps so I can put a rear rack. fast and functional
