Check the Classic and Vintage forum for more info. on the frame. Benotto has been around a long time but I can't tell the quality of the frame from that pic.

Looks like a crap build. Cranks look ancient. Chain is very slack. The chainring looks small. No retention on crappy looking pedals. Bars are really wide and need to be chopped.
Worth maybe 150 max I think.

better pictures would be very helpful. benotto was an italian brand who moved it's production to mexico in the 80's. the italian frames are worth hundreds of dollars. the mexican ones are nice, but nothing to write home about.
