Is there a way to get 120mm spaced hubs to fit 110mm frame. If so how.

If it's a steel frame, cold set it.

What hubs?
You may be able to convert them depending on the make.

Some hubs are easy to respace. Some dishing may be necessary. A steel frame can be cold set to match the hub. It's not hard, you just have to be very methodical or you end up with a frame that doesn't want to track straight.
