new wheels?

So i am finishing my dissertation in a few weeks and i am using it as a reason to buy myself stuff. I "need" new wheels for my steamroller, as my current aeroheads laced to bianchi hubs(rebranded joytech hubs) are pretty shot (bearings crunchy alxes are starting to strip etc.). I like the idea of:
velocity b43's laced to phil woods or dura ace hubs
hplusson's laced to phils or dura ace
cane creek track wheels (just considering because i found some at a good price)

I like polished raw aluminum wheels, and i think i like a very very deep wheel (i figure what the hell, go as big as possible)

any other options to consider that im missing?

i will be getting gatorskins (i like the brown sidewall)>

here is my current build:

have you considered box section rims? Velo Orange has them in polished aluminum. They might go well with your Brooks

im not a fan of box section. I say this only because i switched from box to semi-aero on my road bike and the stiffness was noticeably different (when from open pros to neuvation sl4's). For my fixed gear i figure i'd like to have a little more exaggerated everything (such as huge rims), i even considered Chub hubs, but they just cost too much.
