stolen 2010 schwinn madison on madison ave! replacement bike questions...
 

my bike was stolen a couple days ago outside punch fitness on madison between 78th and 79th! my bike was burgundy with white tires and road drops with white tape. very hard to miss. im sure the bike is in pieces or painted something else so im not even going to dwell on it. but if you do see it around nyc let me know!

anyways my question is more about the bike i plan on replacing it with. im thinking of getting a celest pista via condotti. it will be about a month or so before i can afford it but its definately on the top of the list. i commute in to the city and i chose the via condotti over the pista steel because it has a brake bridge in the rear when i want to ride single speed.

anyone have any experience with this bike?

That blows. Sorry to hear about your loss. Hit up a few local blogs (start with bike blog nyc) with info about where it was stolen and pictures of it and they'll probably post a heads-up. Also post on CL.

Anyways, no experience with the Via Condotti, but I've seen someone post pictures of his in the "post your ssfg photos" thread. Scour that thread for the pictures and maybe PM the guy?
