Raleigh Rush Hour sizing

Hello, I've been on the fence about a few bicycles. I called a lbs and asked about the raleigh rush hour flatbar. I'm 5'11 with about a 32inch inseem. They recommended a 53 because it has a standover of about 30.5 inches.

Are they right in this choice, or should I go with a 55cm instead? Do raleighs run small/big? Ect?

55 fits better. I ride a 50 cm Kilo tt and I was comfortable on the 53 Rush Hour.

I figured the 53 would be too small. I'm def going 55. I think 57 will be a bit too big, so 55 it is! Any other thoughts from anyone else?

53 seems like its going to be tiny for u. I havent checked to see if there is a difference in the geo of the flat bar and drop bar. But im 6 feet with a 33 inch inseem and had a 2010 rush hour drop bar in a 57cm. the bike fit just about perfect.
